The author’s writing style in Watch Your Sister made me want to keep reading, and made it easy to visualize the humble lives of the Johnsons. I was able to empathize with their devastation. This made the twist in the end more surprising. I would recommend Watch Your Sister to any fan of the macabre.

It’s well written, a very sad story. It’s a bit dark, and deals with mental illness, and how the dynamics of a family are forever changed because of the horrific events.”
