I’ve been writing short stories for over forty years — first on paper tablets, then on computers. When the world shifted to digital, it opened doors I didn’t yet know how to walk through. For a long time, I had stories but no practical way to share them.

I’m not a fast reader. I read slowly, visualizing every moment until I can feel the rhythm of the words and see the scene unfold. I’ll reread a sentence or a paragraph until the picture is clear.

The truth is, I’m a visual person — shaped more by film and television than by books. When a story is done well, it lingers. It whispers. It stays.
